4th Jan Wimbledon Winternationals 122 Trevor Newland's Austin A135 Sheerline 4 door hearse comes back out with no bonnet.
7th May Aldershot 1300cc Team event, a really hard meeting with lots of action, 26 Jeff Woolford's huge follow in on 716 Mike Beaverstock and 54 Jez Thornton having the doors of his Mk3 Cortina virtually on his lap, yet still racing on. Aldershot Recovery won the title after an awesome final race, lots of wrecked Mk3 Cortinas
24th May Wimbledon Plough Lane Classic. 576 Stan Jackson has a huge 1949 Humber Super Snipe, also features a few 6 pot Farinas
20th June Wisbech King of the Fens. Six south London based drivers including 122 and 353 visited Wisbech, good action
2nd July Aldershot 3Litre Magazine Figure of 8 £100 Final. Rough meeting with tons of action. 20 Roger Wilkinson and 26 Jeff Woolford feuding, 20 came out on top and 242 Maurice Jenkins keeping his well folded and battered Mk3 Cortina going in the DD.
4th & 5th July Ipswich Spedeweekend 74 Chris Colliver had his Jaguar destroyed by 627 Terry Coke after 3 huge hits. 353 had an 8.2lt Cadillac Fleetwood limo and 114 Mick Davis a Mk1 Granada Coupe Limo.
13th August Aldershot Figure of 8 £100 Final. 560 Gary Reynolds and 260 Keith Reynolds in matching Morris Minors. 627 Terry Coke and 267 Sean Liddiard feuding.
13th September Wimbledon Figure of 8 British. Visitors from Ringwood. Includes 448 Terry Colliver’s XJ follow in on 122 Trevor Newland’s A60 and Ringwood's 153 Bob Townsend winning the trophy race but later excluded for one low pressure tyre, giving 33 Simon Reed’s Woolsey 6/110 the win. 91 Jimmy Moyse in a P5, later put 33 Reed's doors onto the gearbox tunnel after a hard T Bone. A top meeting
29th October Aldershot World Qualifying Round. Features 91 Jimmy Moyse's 1964 Mercury Comet & Chris Colliver with a rock solid and unpainted P4. He was hammered as expected.
